Need proof? ITStaff has an extensive record of unmatched success. Take a look at a few of our accomplishments:

A Midwestern software product company experienced dramatic growth and was unable to keep up with demand for difficult-to-hire technical staff. The solution was to partner with ITStaff to fill critical roles with the talent and technology skills the company needed to succeed. The customer was excited by the results and continues to depend on ITStaff as they build out their development team.

A rapidly growing software product company was acquired by another company and needed to add substantially to their technical headcount, quickly, to meet market demands. ITStaff was one of two vendors selected and was able to handle multiple hard-to-fill C#.Net development positions for this customer.

An insurance company was implementing a new enterprise-wide property and casualty insurance industry-specific software system called Guidewire. Staffing needs included a QA lead, QA analysts and QA testers with manual and automated testing experience, HP automated tools and eCommerce experience to completely upgrade their outdated systems to better service customers and to streamline internal processes. These consultants had to have experience in specific Guidewire modules in addition to their QA skills. These were specialized roles that needed specific software technology experience, particularly with the Guidewire product and the specific module experience. ITStaff provided the entire team by the end of the project. The client made the decision that the ITStaff consultants were of much better quality, and replaced the QA consultants from the other agencies with ITStaff personnel.

A pharmaceutical client made a strategic decision to decommission one of their newest state-of-the-art pharmaceutical facilities due to the impact of governmental regulations on their industry. They required a senior consultant to manage the IT aspects of a large-scale facility decommission while ensuring that data integrity was maintained with no loss of data. ITStaff provided a senior consultant with the background and experience to manage a project of this magnitude.

A healthcare client was challenged to remain compliant in a highly regulated industry by mitigating data loss and implementing a solid disaster recovery plan. They were required to adhere to FDA Standards for the Exchange of Non-Clinical Data (SEND) and needed a PM with experience managing projects to government regulatory and compliancy requirements.ITStaff provided a PM who met these requirements and had previously managed similar projects. ITStaff’s PM was in charge of managing the project, testing and data validation demands of the project, and successfully implementing the processes and environment for a successful disaster recovery policy for the company.

A customer needed a senior project manager with pharmaceutical and FDA compliancy experience to manage the company’s nation-wide project. They were required to become compliant with new FDA regulations in their industry. The project required compliancy to FDA rules and regulations for quality assurance, including conformance reporting and full accountability and standard data reporting for data across the industry (21CFR compliance) as enforced by the FDA.ITStaff provided a project manager to develop the project plan and oversee the testing and validation of the data and the plan to ensure compliancy with the FDA 21CFR regulation across the company business units nationally.

A healthcare customer had difficulty finding quality business intelligence personnel for key internal positions in locations across multiple states. These positions were especially difficult to fill due to industry demand for the skills, and those individuals possessing these skills were gainfully employed and not actively looking to make a change. ITStaff was able to source and ultimately help our client fill these open positions with capable personnel. As a result, ITStaff earned a place as one of the client’s top vendors.

A global household name-brand company was undertaking a major transformation of their enterprise IT architecture. The drivers for the project were to achieve a better architectural framework and foundation that allowed them to scale and to better distribute information across the company. The IT executive in charge of the initiative was having difficulty getting quality resources with the seniority levels required from the established vendor pool. Having had a prior working relationship with ITStaff and a confidence level in the way we conduct our business, the executive reached out to ITStaff for help.ITStaff was able to provide enterprise and data architects, data modelers and BAs to the customer to fill critical roles on the project. The customer has stated that they continue to come to ITStaff, because we know the industry and know how to screen for the soft skills appropriate for their culture in addition to the technical skills required of the positions.

A global company with a long and storied history found itself with disparate and siloed data across the globe. The business needed a way of harnessing the data in a manner that would make the data accessible and useable in making business decisions that would give it a decisive advantage. The manager overseeing the initiative needed resources that could span technical and non-technical encounters, and understand the underlying data needs of the business, and then work with the technical team to assimilate the dispersed and varying data in a manner useable to the business. This required data analysts, data modelers and data scientists.ITStaff was able to find the proper resources for the project, and the manager was very pleased with the quality and timeliness in receiving the resources.

A customer was establishing a new data center and took the opportunity to move data off of old SAN hardware platforms to a new SAN platform (moving from EMC and HP to Compellent). The new environment was to also consist of a virtual server farm as a main component of the new environment. The customer was simultaneously implementing Comvault as their security platform. The client needed a senior consultant who could manage mission-critical projects to timelines and budgets without losing data in the process; someone who had oversaw similar projects. This individual would also be required to organize and oversee the validation of data in over 17 different formats (e.g. MS Office, SAP, flat files, email, etc.) and ten terabytes of data. As part of the criteria for the conversion, the data had to be compliant with the internal PMO and also with the various requirements of the customers before going into production.ITStaff provided the program manager who successfully oversaw the data migration from the old platform to the new platform within the time and budget allocated to the project.
